Current YOGA Schedule ~  Starting September 14, 2010:
All classes held at 710 E. Sunset Dr., Bellingham unless noted.

Tuesday         5:30-6:45 PM           Yoga for Strength and Flexibility

6-week session to increase strength in the upper body and yin yoga for flexibility.   
(Sep 14, 21, 28, Oct 5, 12, 19)

Wednesday    5:30-6:45 PM           Beginner's YOGA Level 1A
6-week session with weekly written lessons to start a classical yogic practice.
(Sep 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, 13, 20)

Thursday        5:30-6:45 PM           Yoga for Health
6-week session to enhance overall health, boost immune system and reduce stress.
(Sep 16, 23, 30, Oct 7, 14, 21) 

Saturday     11:00 AM-12:30 PM     Stress Reduction Classes
6-week session includes body scan, pranayama with mudras (breathing methods), asanas (gentle postures to reduce tension), meditation, and yoga nidra for a deeper relaxation.

Please wear comfortable clothing.  Bring your own yoga mat and pillow as desired.  Yoga should be practiced with an empty stomach, so eat at least an hour or more before class.  Attendance once a week is necessary; however, a lesson should be repeated as many times during the week as possible using the weekly written lessons provided from class.

$103.00 tuition for six week session including weekly written yoga lessons for all beginners.
